There are a lot of unexpected things that can happen and life can get some unforeseen turns. I do allow the first cancelation with no penalty. However,
-Date of overnight and more cancelled less than 48 hours, or
-Shorter date cancelled less than 12 hours – I do remain a right to keep a deposit. Otherwise it will be fully returned to you or kept if you decide to reschedule.
